Who can join Opinion Now?
Anyone aged 16 years or older (in India) can join, as long as they have a valid email address and internet access.
Do I need to download an app to register?
No, you don’t need any app. Registration and surveys can be done directly on our website.
Can I register more than one account?
No. Each person can only have one account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.
Why do I need to complete my profile after registering?
Completing your profile helps us match you with surveys that fit your background and interests, so you receive more relevant invitations.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, you can request a new confirmation email from the login page.
Can I change my email address later?
Yes, you can update your email in your account settings after logging in.

How do I receive surveys?
You’ll get survey invitations directly to your registered email. You can also log in to your dashboard to check for available surveys.
How often will I get surveys?
The number of surveys you receive depends on your profile and ongoing research studies. Completing your profile increases your chances of receiving more surveys.
How long does a survey take?
Most surveys take between 5 to 20 minutes. Longer surveys may take more time but usually offer higher rewards.
How much can I earn per survey?
The reward depends on the length and complexity of the survey. You’ll see the reward details before starting each survey.
Why did I get disqualified from a survey?
Sometimes you may start a survey and then get screened out if your profile doesn’t match the study’s requirements. In such cases, no reward is given, but your time is respected by matching you better in future surveys.
Can I retake a survey if I’m disqualified or exit halfway?
No, each survey can only be attempted once. Make sure to complete it in one go.
Do I need to complete every survey I receive?
No, surveys are optional. You can choose which ones you’d like to participate in.
Can I take surveys on my phone?
Yes, most surveys work on mobile devices as well as desktops. For the best experience, ensure you have a stable internet connection.
How do I know if I successfully completed a survey?
Once you reach the end of the questionnaire and see a “Thank You” or completion page, your participation is recorded and points will be added to your account.
What should I do if a survey link doesn’t work?

What rewards are available?

What is the minimum redemption amount?
You can claim your rewards once you have earned at least ₹150 in your account.
How do I claim my rewards?
Log in to your Opinion Now account and go to the Rewards section. Select Tremendous, choose your preferred gift card, and confirm. You’ll receive your reward digitally via email.
How long does it take to receive my reward?
In most cases, rewards are delivered instantly by email. In rare cases, it may take up to 24–48 hours.
Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?
No. Rewards are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the registered account holder.
Can I redeem cash instead of gift cards?
At the moment, only gift cards via Tremendous are available. PayPal or bank transfer options are not supported in India.
Do my rewards or points expire?
Points don’t expire as long as your account is active. However, we recommend redeeming your rewards regularly to avoid delays.

Yes. If you wish to stop participating, you can request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed.
How long do you keep my data?
