Delete Your Account

At Opinion Now, you have control over your account and personal information.
If you would like to delete your Opinion Now account, you can do so directly from your account settings.
Delete Account Through the App
To delete your account:
Open the Opinion Now app
Log in to your account
Go to your Account/Profile settings
Select “Close account”
Follow the instructions to confirm account closure
Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Closing your account may result in:
Removal of your panel account access
Removal from survey participation
Loss of unused rewards or account benefits
Deletion or anonymisation of account information according to applicable data policies
Some information may be retained where required for:
Legal obligations
Security purposes
Fraud prevention
Transaction records
Survey Platform Data
Opinion Now uses Cint as our survey technology provider.
Account management, profile information, survey participation records, and reward-related data may be processed through Cint systems.
Account deletion requests are processed according to applicable privacy requirements.
