How do I receive surveys?

You’ll get survey invitations directly to your registered email. You can also log in to your dashboard to check for available surveys.

The number of surveys you receive depends on your profile and ongoing research studies. Completing your profile increases your chances of receiving more surveys.

Most surveys take between 5 to 20 minutes. Longer surveys may take more time but usually offer higher rewards.

The reward depends on the length and complexity of the survey. You’ll see the reward details before starting each survey.

Sometimes you may start a survey and then get screened out if your profile doesn’t match the study’s requirements. In such cases, no reward is given, but your time is respected by matching you better in future surveys.

No, each survey can only be attempted once. Make sure to complete it in one go.

No, surveys are optional. You can choose which ones you’d like to participate in.

Yes, most surveys work on mobile devices as well as desktops. For the best experience, ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Once you reach the end of the questionnaire and see a “Thank You” or completion page, your participation is recorded and points will be added to your account.

What rewards are available?

Currently, all rewards are provided through Tremendous, which gives you access to popular digital gift cards such as Amazon India, Flipkart, and Google Play, along with other local and international options. Check out the rewards catalog here – tremendous.com/catalog

You can claim your rewards once you have earned at least ₹150 in your account.

Log in to your Opinion Now account and go to the Rewards section. Select Tremendous, choose your preferred gift card, and confirm. You’ll receive your reward digitally via email.

In most cases, rewards are delivered instantly by email. In rare cases, it may take up to 24–48 hours.

No. Rewards are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the registered account holder.

At the moment, only gift cards via Tremendous are available. PayPal or bank transfer options are not supported in India.

Points don’t expire as long as your account is active. However, we recommend redeeming your rewards regularly to avoid delays.

How do I log in to my account?

Go to the Opinion Now website and click on get started or scroll down to the Login section. Enter your registered email and password to access your account.

Click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Yes. You can log in anytime to update your profile information. Keeping your profile up to date helps us send you more relevant surveys.

Make sure to redeem any pending rewards before requesting deletion. Once your account is deleted, unused rewards or points cannot be recovered.
