Survey availability, eligibility, qualification, completion, and screenout decisions depend on survey requirements and are not guaranteed.

4. Mobile App Analytics and Performance

We use Firebase services provided by Google to improve the Opinion Now app.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand general app usage, such as:

  • App opens

  • Feature usage

  • Navigation activity

  • General engagement information

Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix technical issues by collecting:

  • Crash reports

  • Error information

  • Device and app performance data

We use this information to improve reliability and user experience.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect your name, phone number, survey answers, or reward balance.
