Opinion Now is a survey rewards community where members can participate in market research activities and earn rewards.

Opinion Now operates the user community and works with survey technology partners, including Cint, to provide survey matching, participation, profile management, and reward functionality.

2. Account Registration

To participate in surveys, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate profile information.

You agree to:

  • Use only one account per person unless otherwise permitted

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

3. Survey Participation

Survey opportunities depend on research requirements and user profiles.

You understand that:

  • Survey availability is not guaranteed

  • Receiving a survey invitation does not guarantee completion

  • You may not qualify for every survey

  • Surveys may close after reaching required responses

  • Survey providers determine eligibility criteria

A survey screenout or disqualification does not mean the app is malfunctioning.

4. Profile Information

Profile questions help match members with relevant surveys.

Providing accurate information improves survey matching.

Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information may reduce available surveys or affect account eligibility.

5. Rewards

Members may receive rewards for successfully completed and validated survey activities.

Reward availability, values, processing times, and eligibility may vary.

Rewards may be subject to:

  • Survey provider validation

  • Quality checks

  • Fraud prevention review

  • Partner processing times

Rewards may be withheld, adjusted, or cancelled if fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms is detected.

6. Fraud Prevention and Fair Usage

To maintain research quality, users must not:

  • Create fake accounts

  • Maintain duplicate accounts

  • Provide false information

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts

  • Attempt to manipulate surveys or rewards

  • Misrepresent identity or profile details

Violation may result in account restrictions or removal.

Opinion Now uses Cint as a survey technology provider.

Cint may provide:

  • Account technology

  • Profile management

  • Survey routing

  • Survey participation systems

  • Reward-related functionality

  • Security and fraud prevention systems

Opinion Now does not control:

  • Screenout decisions

  • Survey closure timing

These are determined by survey providers based on research requirements.

9. Push Notifications

Opinion Now may send notifications related to:

  • Available surveys

  • Account reminders

  • Rewards

  • App updates

You can manage notifications through your device settings.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

11. Limitation of Liability
